Terms of Service

Article 1 - Applicability

These terms of service (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of information and services (hereinafter, "Services") provided by 23 Century International Life Science Centre Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia (hereinafter, "We/the Company"), on the website "23Century.id" (hereinafter, "the Site").

By using the Service, the party displaying or utilizing the Service (hereinafter referred to as "User") agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Should the User not agree, they must immediately cease using the Site.

Should we determine that a User has committed or will commit any of the aforementioned prohibited acts, we reserve the right to terminate their use of the Services without prior notice and take any necessary legal action.

Unless permitted by law, unauthorized reproduction, republication, or modification is prohibited. Article 10 - Separation

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
