The 23 Century International Life Science Centre (23Century) is a stem cell research and therapeutic center approved by NPRA Malaysia. The Centre's operations adhere to international standards such as PIC/S, and it complies with cGMP and cGTPs requirements for medicinal product manufacturing.

We comply with the requirements of the ASEAN Common Technical Document (ACTD) and quality standards adopted by over 56 drug regulatory authorities worldwide, including several PIC/S members.
We have secured over 100 domestic and international patents pertaining to cell culture and have performed more than 20,000 clinical applications in over 70 countries.
This center is equipped with a cell production laboratory spanning over 15,000 square feet, making it one of the largest certified facilities in Southeast Asia. We leverage cutting-edge biotechnology to expand the possibilities of regenerative therapies.
