To consider treatment, we ask you to submit medical documentation. This includes completing a medical form and recent test results or a diagnosis letter. These documents will help our doctor make an an informed decision.

Based on the information you provided, our medical regeneration specialist will plan the most suitable treatment for you. We will explain the stem cell injection method, the number of sessions, and the expected benefits.

We will provide a cost estimate based on the treatment plan. All costs (including treatment costs and travel support) are clearly explained. We will discuss with you until you are satisfied with the explanation. Payment in Rupiah is possible—no international transfer is needed.

After you agree with the content and cost of the treatment, we will ask for your desired travel time and make an initial reservation for the treatment date.

We require payment for the treatment fee two weeks prior to the treatment date. We accept bank transfers (to a domestic account in Indonesia).

Fly to Kuala Lumpur International Airport according to your booked schedule. Please arrive in Malaysia one day before your treatment—we are unable to perform treatment on the day of arrival.

You will receive stem cell therapy at 23C. We will arrange transportation from your accommodation to the clinic. This treatment is administered non-invasively, such as an infusion, taking approximately 1-2 hours. We provide a dedicated lounge area with snacks and drinks for your comfort. Once the treatment is complete and you are feeling well, we will send you back to your hotel.

Fly from Indonesia to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur). Upon arrival, get enough rest to recover from the journey and prepare for tomorrow's treatment. (No treatment on the day of arrival.)

In the late morning, you will go to the clinic to receive stem cell therapy. We provide snacks and drinks in our dedicated lounge for your comfort and relaxation. After the treatment is complete and you are feeling well, we will transport you back to your hotel. In the evening, if you are feeling well, you can do some light sightseeing or other activities without any specific restrictions.

We will arrange transportation from your hotel to the airport. Flying from Kuala Lumpur back to Indonesia.
