Through further investigation, we recognized that the relationship between mesenchymal stem cells and elastin, which we elucidated, and Peyer's patches is foundational to the immune system's regulation of health.

Peyer's patches are recognized as critical control centers for immune function. However, through recent research, I have acquired substantial knowledge regarding stem cell therapy, enabling me to grasp its specifics more concretely, including a deeper comprehension of the immune regulatory system and T cells. Consequently, I can now articulate these concepts to others in a clear and readily comprehensible manner.

Peyer's patches are located in a region of the small intestine where villi are underdeveloped. In this region, antigens are recognized, and various types of killer cells emerge that are specific to them.

Within the immune regulatory system of Peyer's patches, it has become evident that mesenchymal stem cells function directly. This relationship is elucidated by a diagram illustrating cell differentiation.

Does elastin support mesenchymal stem cells?

Thus far, our research on elastin has demonstrated the regeneration of cartilage previously deemed non-regenerative and necrotic lung cells, as well as the rejuvenation of elastin-rich organs. All these processes were achieved in conjunction with mesenchymal stem cells.
